Many parents preparing for birth want personalized guidance beyond what a typical class provides. Birth coaching gives you space to ask questions, explore your preferences, and prepare for labor with calm, practical support.

 Two Ways to Get Support

Not sure which option is right for you?

If you’re feeling unsure, many parents start with the Birth Prep Intensive to get clarity and guidance.

Others prefer the Birth Confidence Coaching Package for more structured preparation throughout pregnancy.

Both options are designed to help you feel more confident and supported going into labor.

Frequently Asked Questions

When should I start birth coaching?

Many clients begin between 20–32 weeks of pregnancy, but you can start earlier or later depending on your needs.

If you're looking for focused guidance or have specific questions, the Birth Prep Intensive can be a great place to start. If you'd like more structured preparation throughout pregnancy, the Birth Confidence Coaching Package provides deeper support across multiple sessions.

What is the difference between the Birth Prep Intensive and the Birth Confidence Coaching Package?

  • Birth Prep Intensive:
A single 75-minute session designed to answer your biggest questions and help you feel clearer about your birth preparation.

  • Birth Confidence Coaching Package:
A structured 4-session coaching experience that provides deeper preparation for labor, partner support, and postpartum planning.

How are the sessions scheduled?

After booking your first session, we will schedule any remaining sessions based on your pregnancy timeline and availability.

For the coaching package, sessions are typically spaced out as your pregnancy progresses.

Is this the same as a birth class?
No. These sessions are personalized 1:1 coaching, which allows us to focus on your specific questions, preferences, and preparation needs instead of following a general class curriculum.

What topics do we cover in sessions?

Topics may include:

• Understanding the stages of labor
• Comfort techniques and labor positions
• Birth plan guidance
• Partner preparation
• Mental and emotional preparation for birth
• Early postpartum recovery planning

Sessions are tailored to your pregnancy stage and goals.

Are the sessions virtual?

Yes. All coaching sessions are held virtually, so you can participate comfortably from home.

“I didn’t realize how helpful birth coaching could be until our session. I left feeling informed, prepared, and much less anxious about what to expect.”
