Frequently Asked Questions
What should I expect at my first Pelvic PT session?
We’ll review your health history, perform a physical exam, and begin hands-on treatment. You’ll leave with a clear plan and helpful strategies to start your healing journey.
Do I need a referral?
No. In New Jersey, you can see a Doctor of Physical Therapy without a physician referral.
What should I wear?
Comfortable, flexible clothing is best. If you’re coming for pelvic floor concerns, we may discuss internal assessment options if appropriate, but only after discussion and with your full consent.
Where are you located?
We have two clinic locations in Princeton. Check out our Locations page for more details.
Do you accept insurance?
Healing Space PT is out-of-network with all insurances. You can use your HSA/ FSA to pay for visits. Click here for details on why I’ve chosen this model — and how it benefits your care.
